Q: Do I need fashion design experience to work with you?
Nope! Many of our clients are first-time designers. We’ll guide you through each step, from sketches and concepts to production-ready files, so you don’t need any technical background.

Q: What kinds of projects do you take on?
We work with small brands, startups, and independent designers who are developing clothing collections, capsule lines, or single statement pieces. Whether you need one pattern or full development support, we tailor our services to your needs.
Q: How long does the process take?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of your designs, but most projects take 4–8 weeks for the developoment phase. We’ll give you a personalized timeline after reviewing your concept.
Services & Deliverables
Q: What’s included in a tech pack?
Our tech packs include all the specs manufacturers need: measurements, materials, construction details, colorways, and artwork placement, so your designs are production-ready.
Q: Do you offer sourcing or manufacturing?
We don’t manufacture directly, but we work with vetted partners for sourcing, sampling, and production. We can refer you to trusted factories that match your product type and budget.
Q: Can you make 3D garment visuals or digital samples?
Yes! Our 3D design services bring your styles to life digitally, perfect for virtual fittings, faster sampling, and marketing presentations.
Q: What if I need help designing logos or graphics for my brand?
We can offer graphic design services as well. This can be for full branding, designing tags and labels, or graphics for t-shirts, etc.
Pricing & Payments
Q: How much do your services cost?
Every project is unique, so pricing depends on your design complexity and deliverables. Most clients will invest between $500 and $4,000 to developing a 1-5 piece collection. We’ll provide a custom quote after our discovery call.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
We offer milestone-based payment for most projects. You’ll pay a deposit to begin the project and the rest will be due upon completion.
Files & Ownership
Q: Do I own the patterns and files after the project is done?
Yes! Once your invoice is paid in full, you’ll receive and fully own your digital patterns, tech packs, and renders.
Q: In what formats do you deliver files?
Patterns are provided in .DXF, PLT, or PDF, tech packs in editable PDF or Google Sheets, and 3D designs are created in CLO3D.
Other Questions
Q: Can you help if I already have tech packs or patterns but need them updated?
Absolutely. We can revise or clean up existing files, update measurements, or prepare your assets for new production partners. We can also help troubleshoot if you are experiencing issues with your current development.
Q: Where are you located? Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?
We’re based in the U.S. and work remotely with clients worldwide. Most of our communication happens via email and video calls.
